ライブイベント及びグッズ販売に関しまして、
以下のとおりご案内をいたします。

〈グッズ関連〉

【PHOTO券】について
・一度の受付にてお求めいただける"PHOTO券"は、原則 １メンバーのみ、枚数は３枚まで となります。
　但し各ライブ・イベントにて、１回目の受付では１メンバーのみ "１枚 " でのご案内となります。
　※現場の状況等の影響でやむなく変更となる場合がございます。

・ご購入された特典券は一度にまとめて消化させて頂きます。
　お手持ちの特典券をすべて消化された上で、新たな特典券をお求めください。

・所定の撮影位置にお客さまがお立ちになってからカウントが開始されます。

・撮影スタッフにご希望のポーズをお伝えください。
＜ツーショットの場合＞固定の３種、メンバー考案のポーズ１種、計４種の中から選択
＜ソロショットの場合＞メンバーが出来る範囲内でのご指定は可能
※物を持たせる、しゃがみ・座り等のポーズは禁止となっております。その他、難しいご要望にはお応えしかねますので予めご了承ください。また、メンバーが不快に思う言動等が見受けられた場合は参加をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。

※1 写真上における不具合が認められた際は、当日に限り撮り直しをさせて頂きます。

※2 画面録画(音声のみの録音等含む)は禁止とさせて頂きます。撮影時に確認させて頂きます。

該当動画（※1および※2）の完全な削除のため、携帯電話内のデータフォルダを一部スタッフが確認させて頂く場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

【サイン券】について

・一度の受付にてご購入いただける"サイン券"は、原則 １メンバーのみ、枚数は３枚まで となります。
　但し各ライブ・イベントにて、１回目の受付では１メンバーのみ "１枚 " でのご案内となります。
　※現場の状況等の影響でやむなく変更となる場合がございます。

・ご購入された特典券は1枚ずつ消化させて頂きます。
　お手持ちの特典券をすべて消化された上で、新たな特典券をお求めください。
　なお、公演前物販のご購入分は、全て消化したのち追加購入が可能 となります。

・メンバーがポストカードに記入する内容は原則 “お名前（ニックネーム可）・サイン・日付” とさせていただきます。

＜記入するお名前に関する注意点＞
□公序良俗に反する内容はご遠慮ください。
□文章と取れる表現や、メッセージと判断されるもの等は記入できません。
　（例：「〜〜が好きな◯◯」、「〜〜したい〇〇」など）
□メンバーが時間内に書ける内容に限らせて頂きます。
（文字数が原因で時間内に書き終わらない場合、記入の途中で終了となる場合がございますので予めご了承ください）

・順番となりましたら直ちにご希望されるお名前をメンバーへお伝え頂くよう ご協力をお願いいたします。　
　※お名前の書き間違えを防止するため、各メンバーのテーブルに用意しているホワイトボードへ ご希望のお名前 のご記入をお願いさせていただく場合がございます。
　また紙や携帯電話のメモ機能を用いて ご希望のお名前 をご提示していただくと、よりスムーズな記入が可能となりますのでどうぞご参照ください。

・会場およびイベントによって内容が異なる場合がございますので予めご了承ください。

【ランダムチェキ】について

・一度の受付にてお求めいただける"ランダムチェキ"は、ソロは２枚　ペアは１枚 までとなります。

・公演終了後のみの販売となります。

・ランダムに「メンバーの直筆サイン入り」の 当たりチェキ が入っております
　当たった方は OHL 7人全員とワイドチェキ撮影 の特典を原則当日限りご利用いただけます。
　必ず当選されたご本人様とメンバー全員が映った状態での撮影となりますので予めご了承ください。

【P2P GACHA】について

・一度にお求めいただける"P2P GACHA"は、原則 １回まで となります。なお、並び直しは可能です。

［内容物］
▫️P2P 缶バッジ（ランダムでサイン入り）
▫️当たり券*

・"P2P 缶バッジ" はライブごとに絵柄が変わります。

・カプセルの中にランダムで *当たり券 が入っており、
　当たった方は OHL 7人全員とワイドチェキ撮影 の特典をご利用頂けます。
　なお、本特典は原則、当日のみ有効となります。
　必ずご本人様とメンバーが映った状態での撮影となりますので、予めご了承ください。

・P2P GACHA はオンラインストア（1HUNDRED STORE）でもお求めいただけます。
　ご購入された月に該当するバージョン・絵柄でランダムに発送いたします。

［共通］

※メンバーに接触する、接触しているかの様に映る撮影、また座り込んでの撮影はご遠慮ください。

※特典会にて撮影した お写真・チェキ等は内容に限らず、SNS等（※Instagramストーリーズ限定公開等含む）に投稿する行為は禁止となります。

〈その他〉

・会場内・会場周辺ではスタッフが誘導いたしますので、必ず指示に従ってください。スムーズな進行のため、スタッフがお客さまの肩や腕などに一部触れて誘導する場合がございます。

・特典券は必ずご本人様がご購入ください。代理購入は禁止となります。

・特典券をご購入後は、指定の待機エリアにてお待ちください。

・物販列や特典会列を途中で抜ける行為や第三者に代わりに並んでもらう行為はご遠慮ください。

・ご購入された特典券は、当日中にご使用頂きますようお願いいたします。
　ご使用し切れなかった特典券は他公演ではご使用頂けません。
　また原則、返金・再発行等のご対応もお受けできませんのであらかじめご了承ください。

・列が途切れ次第、特典会を終了する場合がございます。

・特典会に参加された後、退館のご案内があるまでの間は会場内に待機することは可能です。
　但し、イベント進行ならびに他のお客様の妨げとならないよう十分なご配慮をお願いいたします。

またメンバーの希望により、特典会の終了時にOHLメンバーからご来場者の皆さんに向けてご挨拶をさせて頂きます。
お客さまのお時間が許す限りぜひ最後まで会場内にてお待ちください。
なお、こちらはライブ・イベントの規定等によりご案内方法および内容が変更となる可能性がございますので予めご了承ください。

Merchandise Information

Regarding the "PHOTO ticket"

- At each reception, you can purchase "PHOTO tickets" for one member only, with a maximum of 3 tickets per purchase.

However, at each live event, during the first reception, only "one ticket" per member will be available.

* Please note that there may be changes due to the situation at the venue.

- The purchased ticket benefits will be redeemed all at once.

After redeeming all of your ticket benefits, please purchase new ticket benefits.

- The counting will start once the customer is in the designated photo shooting position.

- Please communicate your desired pose to the photography staff.

Here is the English translation of your message regarding photo shooting rules and guidelines:

For a "Two-shot" Photo

- You can choose from 3 fixed poses and 1 pose suggested by the member, for a total of 4 poses.

For a "Solo-shot," you can specify within the member's capabilities.

* Please note that poses such as holding objects, squatting, or sitting are not allowed. We may not be able to accommodate difficult requests, so please understand in advance. Additionally, if a member feels uncomfortable due to words or actions, we may refuse participation.

* If any issues are found in the photo, we will allow a retake only on the same day.

* Screen recording (including audio-only recording) is prohibited. We will check at the time of shooting.

To ensure the complete removal of the relevant video (*1 and *2), some staff may need to check certain data folders on your mobile phone, so please understand in advance.

Regarding the "Autograph ticket"

- You can purchase "Autograph tickets" for one member only, with a maximum of 3 tickets per purchase.

However, at each live event, during the first reception, only "one ticket" per member will be available.

* Please note that there may be changes due to the situation at the venue.

- The purchased ticket benefits will be redeemed all at once.

Additionally, after consuming all pre-concert merchandise purchases, you can make additional purchases.

Please consume all the ticket benefits you have before purchasing new ones.

- The content the member will write on the postcard will typically include "Name (nickname allowed), Signature, Date."

Here is the English translation of your message regarding guidelines and information for event activities:

Regarding the name to be written:

- Please refrain from any content that goes against public morals.

- Expressions that can be interpreted as sentences or messages are not allowed.

- We will limit the content to what the member can write within the given time.

(If unable to finish writing within the time frame due to the number of characters, please understand that the writing may be cut off midway.)

- Once it's your turn, please inform the member of the name you wish to have immediately.

* In order to prevent name misspellings, we may ask you to write your desired name on the whiteboard available at each member's table.

Additionally, using paper or the memo function on your phone to provide your desired name may facilitate a smoother writing process.

- Please understand that the contents may vary depending on the venue and event.

Regarding the "Random Cheki":

- You can purchase "Random Cheki" for solo shots up to 2 tickets and for pairs up to 1 ticket at a single reception.

- Sales will only occur after the performance.

- Inside, there is a random "member's hand-signed" winning Cheki.

Winners can utilize the benefit of OHL 7-person wide Cheki photography on the same day.

It is necessary for the individual who won and all members to be in the picture, so please understand in advance.

Regarding "P2P GACHA":

- You can purchase "P2P GACHA" once, as a general rule. Re-queueing is allowed.

- The design of "P2P Can Badge" changes for each live event.

- Inside the capsule, there is a random *winning ticket, where the winner can utilize the benefit of OHL 7-person wide Cheki photography.

Please note that this benefit is generally valid only on the same day.

It is necessary for the individual and members to be in the picture, so please understand in advance.

- P2P GACHA can also be purchased at the online store (1HUNDRED STORE).

The version and design corresponding to the month of purchase will be randomly shipped.

[Common Rules]

- Please refrain from touching the members, creating the appearance of physical contact in photos, or taking photos while seated.

- Posting photos or Cheki taken at the event on social media, including Instagram Stories (limited release), is prohibited.

[Additional Information]

- Staff members will guide you inside and around the venue, so please follow their instructions. For smooth operation, staff may briefly touch your shoulder or arm to guide you.

- Please purchase ticket benefits yourself; proxy purchases are not allowed.

- After purchasing ticket benefits, please wait in the designated waiting area.

- Please refrain from cutting in line at merchandise or ticket benefit areas or having others queue in your place.

- Ticket benefits must be used on the same day of purchase. Unused benefits cannot be used at other events. Please note that refunds, reissues, etc., are generally not available.

- The ticket benefit event may end once the line thins out.

- After participating in the ticket benefit event, you may wait inside the venue until guidance is given for leaving.

Please show consideration for event progress and other guests to avoid causing any inconvenience.

At the end of the ticket benefit event, OHL members may greet all attendees.

Please consider waiting until the end inside the venue as much as your time permits.
