■ご参加は購入したご本人様に限ります。ご本人様以外の2人以上で参加された場合、通信を切断させていただきますので、予めご了承ください。
■メンバーへの不適切な発言(誹謗中傷、その他モラルに反する発言等)はおやめください。スタッフが不適切と判断した場合は、その場で通信を切断する可能性もございます。また、今後のご参加もお断りさせていただきます。
■お客様のご都合による購入後のキャンセル、ポイント返還は原則できかねます。
■サービス内容を確認するため、弊社スタッフが監視・録画をさせていただく場合がございます。予めご了承ください。

※ ”メッセージ付きポストカード" につきまして
メンバーがそれぞれ直筆で書くシステム上、メッセージの内容について一部のお客様によるメンバー本人への誹謗中傷やカードごとの内容の差異を指摘する声が以前より多数確認されており、弊社としまして日頃より楽しみにしてくださっていた皆さまには申し訳ございませんが、メンバーの心身への影響を第一に考慮し今回より廃止とさせていただきました。

「直筆メッセージ（ポストカード）」に関しましては皆さまのご要望にできる限りお応えできるよう、改めてサービスの問題点やサービス内容をしっかりと改善した上で、別の形での導入を予定しております。

なお、メッセージ付きポストカードを廃止する上で「Talkport」の販売価格・内容を見直しさせて頂いております。
皆さまのご理解とご協力のほど、何卒よろしくお願い申し上げます。

Starting from February, OHL ONLINE FanMeeting will be held using the new talk app "Talkport".

Using the talk app "Talkport" on your PC or smartphone, you can have a one-on-one conversation with your preferred member online.

【Reservation to Day of Event Process】

Click the above URL and select your preferred member.

Choose your preferred slot from the available slots, make a reservation.

After the reservation, log in to the dedicated app.

※ Downloading the app and registering as a member is required, so please prepare in advance. Details can be found here.

Check your reservation details.

On the day, tap "Enter Talk Room" when your purchased slot time is approaching.

【Notes】

■ Taking photos, screen capturing (screenshots), audio recording during the event is strictly prohibited.

■ Only the purchaser themselves are allowed to participate. If more than two people participate other than the purchaser, the communication will be disconnected, so please understand in advance.

■ Please refrain from making inappropriate remarks to the members (slander, offensive comments, etc.). If the staff deems it inappropriate, there is a possibility that the communication will be disconnected immediately. In addition, you may be denied participation in the future.

■ Cancelations or point refunds after purchase due to customer convenience are generally not possible.

■ In order to confirm the service content, our staff may monitor and record the event. Please note this in advance.

※ Regarding "Postcard with Handwritten Message"

Due to the system where each member writes the messages individually, we have received numerous reports from some customers pointing out slanderous comments towards the members and variations in card content. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to those who have been eagerly looking forward to it. In consideration of the members' mental and physical well-being, we have decided to discontinue this service starting from this time.

Regarding "Handwritten Message (Postcard)," we plan to reintroduce it in a different form, taking into account the feedback and improving the service content to the best of our ability.

In addition, we will review the sales price and contents of "Talkport" as a result of discontinuing the postcard service. We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
